Description

The ZY-908 War Bird Mini Plane is a compact 2-channel RC plane designed to make your first steps into RC flying straightforward and enjoyable. Inspired by the unmistakable shape of the classic P-51 Mustang, it measures just 28cm across the wings and 25cm long, making it a lightweight and manageable option for beginner pilots.

Constructed from durable EPP foam and weighing approximately 20g, the ZY-908 can handle the occasional knock or rough landing that often comes with learning to fly. Its simple 2-channel control system keeps things easy to get to grips with, while the lightweight airframe helps provide a smooth and accessible flying experience.

The 2.4GHz transmitter provides a flying range of up to approximately 150 metres, giving you plenty of space to practise in a suitable open area. Power comes from a removable 3.7V 150mAh rechargeable battery, offering around 15 minutes of flight time with an approximate charging time of just 30 minutes.

Included with the plane are the transmitter, rechargeable battery, charger, 2 spare propellers, propeller removal tool and instruction manual. Simply add three AAA batteries to the transmitter, charge the plane'sĀ  battery and you're ready to head outside and start flying.

To avoid damaging the battery, never fully discharge it and always disconnect it from the RC model when not in use. Leaving it connected can slowly drain the battery below safe levels.

Most of our items take between 45 mins to 2 hours to charge, but it varies on the size of the battery and speed of the charger.

It depends on the model. Some of our aircrafts are water-resistant and can get slightly wet. Others are not water-resistant and should be kept away from water.

Brushed motors are great for beginners - theyā€™re affordable and simple. Brushless motors are more powerful, efficient, and offer better speed and durability, making them ideal for experienced pilots.

Planes and helicopters may need some simple assembly. All models come fully RTR including remote, battery, and charger unless otherwise stated!

Many of our planes and helicopters are beginner-friendly, but some are better for advanced pilots. To help, weā€™ve added a recommended skill level on the product page!

Most of our RC models are suitable for ages 8 and up, depending on the model. Simpler models with lower speeds are great for kids, while high-speed or brushless models are better for teens and adults.

With adult supervision this can be stretched younger, but we'd always recommend parents consider all factors such as their child's ability and safety.
